As most of you have probably read on Mystique Carmella DeCesare from Cleveland (Miss April 2003) is the Playmate of the Year 2004

Carmella Decesare was my top choice for Playmate of the Year 2004 followed closely by Divini Rae, Audra Lynn and Laurie Fetter.

Quite surprisingly a model that quitted the 2002 Fox TV Special ’Who Wants To Be A Playmate’ telling she didn’t feel like that one was for her but later changed her mind and had a Playmate shoot, becomes a Playmate of the Year.

The news doesn’t come out of the blue though. It is second year in a row Playmate of the Year is a brunette with natural breasts.
